Salon Franchise Customer Identity

Prior to Smith Advanced Systems, we designed and implemented a centralized customer identity platform on Informatica IDMC for one of North America's largest franchise networks. The build resolved 100M+ customer records and put real-time API integration in front of thousands of locations. That work informs the systems we build today.
